Yes, I stuck with the program and lost 21lbs in 40days. I felt so good that I did the program again and lost another 20lbs.

But, I started losing my hair. At first I didn't think too much of it until one of my friends did the program after she saw me, and she also lost a lot of her hair and had to wear a wig. I don't know if it was the hormone change or what. But, I continue to lose my hair and I used to have really thick hair, thank goodness, but now am beginning to get worried.

Anyone else had this happen? I also, developed a Warthin tumor on my right side of neck. Any connection, I don't know. I do know I wouldn't do it again.

There are safer ways to do so. I hope this spares someone else.

I did feel great though, because I had much less fat on me. You take the good with the bad with this diet.

Reason of review: health effects.

Monetary Loss: $2600.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Nutrimost Pros: Staff.

Nutrimost Cons: Damaging health affects.

Hello, I am so happy and not so happy to hear about the hair loss. I did the diet and lost 40 lbs.

and I lost over 50 percent of my hair. I ate all the nutrient supplements they gave me and plenty of good food but my hair just kept falling off!!! I checked with the Endocronologist and he said my hormones were fine? But there has to be an answer for this!

I stop taken their supplements, I do not color my hair, I have tried all kinds of hair nutrition and I even put the weight back on but after two years I have severe hair balding. The only thing that stops the falling out in Minoxidi but my hair is still extremely thin.

I have warned people about this and I am so traumatized by this hair loss. I want to report this situation to the FDA because of the damage it did to me.

I am in the same boat as you I have been losing massive amounts of hair for the past two months. I have been off the plan since March 31, 2017. Did you do anything to help get your hair back?

I started eating more I used aruvic natural cleansers I took biotin I used salydic acid in shampoo I used seskavel shampoo and biotin shampoo I used romaine minoxidill 5% I used sulfur some from Young living company I made hair masks of egg, and red onion I massage my head putting my head upside down I use henna to condition my hair with rosemary essential oil and peppermint. What else didnโ€™t I do except for Lazer because my friend has the equipment and it doesnโ€™t work I used wigs Now there is a thing for turning individual strands to your hair to give fullness but my own hair is too weak to hold anything.

I have not done a plasma transplant yet. It is expensive and there are no guarentees. I have red up on all the supplements of nutrimost. Another thing that happened to me was that I fell to my right side and I could not get up without falling to my right side.

It went away after several hours. It left me so scared.
