Your are so RIGHT. The only way to lose weight that will last is portion control and some light exercise.

At my age I find that to be true. Basically, all things in moderation. You don't need to spend two thousand dollars, just eat less but you can eat EVERYTHING if you limit your portions and guess what, it's FREE. No need for any program.

Weight loss is more in the mind than on the body. Also DON'T rush ... all good things come in time. Save your money.

Also a "real" doctor spends NINE YEARS of study. These are Chiopracors who spend about one year or less and then use the title "Doctor" and confuse people into thinking they are real doctors.

So please do not let the title: DOCTOR confuse you, they can even get that off the Internet for like $10.00 like the TV Preachers. Beware of scams.
