Buyer beware! If you are a person who needs to pay a bunch of quacks $1800 (or more if you finance) to put you on a diet consisting of 500 calories a day, then this is the program for you.

20-40 pounds in 40 days with no hunger? Sounds too good to be true, right? Well it is! If you think you are going to survive on 500 calories a day with no hunger pains -- well you're just fooling yourself.

I fell for the hype. Don't make the same mistake. And that guarantee, well that's a big joke too. After 40 long days of sticking to this program I lost a total of 14 pounds.

Those drops & supplements -- no idea what they do, but when I ran out after 30 days and called for a refill the young lady on the phone told me they don't refill and that the drops really didn't matter. Didn't matter? What the heck did I pay $1800 for? Oh, and that Zito something or other machine -- now I know you have lost your mind if you think I believe for a minute that thing is nothing more than a bunch of hooey.

And that guarantee they advertise? Well, my guarantee was out the window when I confessed to using hand lotion that was not the "oil-free" Nutrimost brand. Yes folks, itโ€™s the hand lotion thatโ€™s making me fat. Oh, that and the minuscule amount of sugar in the minuscule amount chicken base product I used to cook my vegetables.

Guarantee revoked! Even though there is no documented, scientific evidence that oils from lotion are absorbed into the skin at a level that would cause weight gain exists in any study on the planet. It's a bunch of *** and used simply as a means to negate any "guarantee" these people offer. Every time I hear that Dr.

Pastarnak's voice on the radio telling me I can lose 20-40 pounds in 40 days guaranteed without hunger I just want to puke. These people should be arrested and lose whatever licenses are required to tout this foolishness. No wait -- I forgot -- they don't need a license to steal people's money and give them false hope. They prey on our desperation, practically steal our money and somehow manage to sleep at night with no guilt.

What I am really amazed at is that I am the first to write a review of any kind -- good or bad. I'm only sorry it took me this long to write this -- if I save one person from shucking out their hard earned money for something they can easily do for themselves, then it's been worth it.

Take my advise -- stay away from Dr. Pastarnak and NutriMost of Virginia or anywhere in this country.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

I followed the program exactly and lost 38 pounds.

I signed up for the same diet here in NY and am LIVID! When I called to say that my doctor said to stop immediately, the nitwit on the phone told me that the "medically trained" professional on staff didn't meet with me.

Really??

WTF did you take my money for? Had a true professional looked at my meds and acknowledged I was boarderline diabetic, they never wsould have allowed me to follow such a plan.
